Delivery Information

UK Delivery

Most orders are shipped within one working day, using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Larger deliveries will be sent tracked with DHL.

Please note that wherever there are delays with couriers e.g. strike action, this will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation of this which includes tracking information, so that you can follow your order right to your door.

International Delivery

We are able to ship internationally to certain countries, delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Larger deliveries will be sent tracked with DHL.

Taxes 

Balanced Support Reins offers an Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) courier service with International EU orders under €150, this means your tax will be calculated and charged at checkout and you will not be charged any additional fees by your local tax office to receive your parcel.

For orders above €150 you will be liable to pay local duties.
