Balanced Support Reins are a fabulous tool to support young children and beginners who are trying to find their balance on their pony or horse and are not yet able to ride with independent hands or seat. It gives them support while allowing the horse to move freely and not to be disturbed by their little humans, trying their very best to learn and work on their own position. Both of our children are using the Balanced Support Reins and we have seen a great improvement in their riding and position on the pony since using them.

Our mission
Designed in the UK by stable manager and experienced horse rider Krissy Bowden, Balanced Support Reins are a unique horse riding aid, addressing particular challenges often faced by children, inexperienced riders or riders with a weak grip.
Our aim is to easily enable greater control and confidence for the rider, in a way that is gentle for the pony. Our easy-to-use horse reins allow the rider to safely maintain the correct position in the saddle.
