At Balanced Support Reins, we want you to be delighted with your horse reins.

We are happy to exchange reins if you have ordered an incorrect size.

You can return or exchange horse reins you are dissatisfied with providing that they are un-used and in perfect condition, and it is within 28 days of delivery, at your own cost. You would need to inform us of any returns within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The delivery cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. If you are returning items from outside the UK, all shipping, customs, and import duties will be your responsibility.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items.
